Q1:What should I do if I can't assemble the product?

A:Please carefully review the product manual, or scan the QR code to watch the product usage video. If you still have issues, contact the customer service of the respective purchase channel.


Q2:What should I do if the rotation is misaligned?

A:Please wipe your hands dry before rotating and check if the product assembly follows the manual instructions. You can also scan the QR code to watch the product usage video.


Q3:What should I do if the cup doesn't pour water?

A:Check if there are any abnormalities in the cup's components. Ensure that the Brewer and the cup body are aligned to the "喝茶" position and check if the filter or mouth piece is clogged with debris.


Q4:What should I do if the button malfunctions?

A:The button is a two-stage button. Press and hold for two seconds before releasing. If the issue persists, contact the customer service of the respective purchase channel.


Q5:What should I do if the cup leaks when inverted?

A:Check if the middle of the cup body is tightened and aligned to the "泡茶" position or refer to the manual instructions.


Q6:What should I do if the cup is dirty inside?

A: Use an alkaline cleaner, or place two slices of lemon with warm water and let it sit for half an hour before cleaning. Do not use metal or abrasive cleaning tools to avoid damaging the cup's material.


Q7:What should I do if tea leaves holder block the water inlet?

A:Use a tea brush to clean it.


Q8:How can I prevent burns during use?

A:Before closing the lid to brew tea, check if the button is locked to prevent burns. When opening the button to drink tea, check the temperature indicator and wait for it to cool to a suitable temperature before drinking.


Q9:What should I do if the gasket comes off?

A:Try to reinstall it tightly. If it still cannot be used normally, contact the customer service of the respective purchase channel.


Q10:What should I do if accessories are lost?

Q11:What should I do if hot water splashes when opening the lid?

A:After releasing the two-stage button, let it sit for a while, and check if the tea lid or gasket is abnormal.


Q12:What should I do if the Brewer doesn't rotate?

A:Open the button to release the steam inside the cup, then rotate the Brewer. If it still doesn't rotate, ask a friend to help.


Q13:What should I do if the cup has a strange odor?

A:Regularly clean the cup. If the odor persists, check if there are tea stains or debris on the lid, button, tea spout, or gasket.


Q14:What should I do if after brewing tea, the tea water doesn't flow into the cup but stays in the button?

A:Gently shake the cup or tilt it at a 45-degree angle to allow the tea water to flow smoothly into the cup.


Q15:What should I do if I hear a “popping” sound when opening the lid?

A:The product uses a two-stage button. The popping sound is due to the release of high temperature and is normal.


Q16:What should I do if the filter and tea leaves holder come out together when dumping tea leaves holder?

A:Remove the tea leaves holder by hand to prevent losing the filter.


Q17:How to use the button?

A:Push the button upwards until the orange part disappears to "unlock." Push the button downwards until the orange part is exposed to "lock." When the button is unlocked, the two-stage button will work to open the lid for drinking tea.


Q18:How to wash tea?

A:Follow steps 1-7 in the manual to brew tea, then unscrew the button and lid together and separate them from the cup body. Pour out the first tea infusion, and then repeat steps 1-7.


Q19:How to align the "喝茶" and "泡茶" positions on the button?

A:The button consists of upper and lower parts. For tea drinking, align the "喝茶" markings on both parts. For tea brewing, align the "泡茶" markings. Note that when rotating to align, do not twist the cup body to avoid loosening and leaking.

II.Safety Instructions

Do not use dishwashers, metal sanitary ware, strong acids, alkalis or bleach when cleaning this product;

Before use, clean the inside and outside of the product in warm water with mild detergent and soft cloth;

Do not add too much water into the cup, 300-350ml is best;

Before use, please ensure all silicon rubber components are properly installed. Failure to do so may affect the product's sealing performance and result in a risk of leakage;

Do not put the product in a microwave oven;

Do not use the product to hold carbonated drinks;

Ensure the brewer is in drinking mode when drinking; do not open the lid while it is in brewing mode;

Don't keep any drinkers in the cup overnight;

After taking out the product from the packaging, ensure that all parts are intact;

Be careful when using hot water and beware of scalds. In case of scald, hold the burned area under cool(not cold)running water immediately, and seek medical care promptly if necessary;

Keep the product away from high temperature to avoid product safety issues caused by deformation, discoloration or paint removal, etc;

Add water only to the cup, not through the brewer or lid, to prevent spills;

Do not turn the product upside down too quickly when brewing tea, otherwise the water/ tea may not flow properly between the cup and the brewer;

The product contains precision ceramics and vacuum insulation layers; avoid dropping or hitting against hard surfaces that might cause malfunction or reduce the ability to retain heat;

The thermometer is located at the bottom of the product. Please check the temperature before drinking and consume according to personal preference to prevent scalding;

Be sure to check whether the lid, the brewer and the cup are twist closed to the right position, no matter in brewing or drinking mode;

Due to high pressure generated by internal steam, the following three situations may occur:①Difficulty in switching the tea brewer between brewing and drinking modes;②The tea brewer cannot be twisted with the cup;③Forcibly twist opening the brewer from the cup may lead to rapid steam release, increasing the risk of scalding. When these situations arise, please open the cup lid to release the steam pressure inside the cup;

Avoid adding excessive amount of tea leaves, which might impact brewing quality;

Keep out of reach of infants and children to avoid scalding or injury;

The brewer should always be used in a moist condition (when rotating to switch between brewing and drinking modes). When the interior of the tea brewer is dry (especially during the first use of the product),it may be difficult to rotate or produce abnormal sounds. In such cases, soak the brewer in room temperature water mixed with neutral detergent for 5 minutes before use;

When tossing away the tea leaves from the brewer, be sure not to toss away the filter unintentionally. When installing the filter, ensure it is placed properly inside the brewer;

When traveling with the product, ensure all parts are properly tightened, and the safety lock is in the locked position to prevent leaking;

It is not recommended to add 100'c boiling water into the cup;

The circular-shaped silicon rubber valve on the drinker is designed to release steam pressure built inside the cup. Occasional bubbling is normal phenomenon;

This product is designed for direct drinking while on-the-go, pouring tea out to a cup might cause spilling;

Clean all parts of the product thoroughly after use to avoid bacterial growth and prevent odor;

Before replacing tea leaves or cleaning, please do not twist open the lid from the brewer to prevent swollen tea leaves from clogging the water outlet;

Do not unscrew the brewer while pouring boiling water;

Please do not use this product for other unintended purposes.

III.Maintenance Methods

Before use, clean the inside and outside of the product with a neutral detergent in warm water;

During use, avoid dropping, collisions, or external impacts to prevent damage to the cup body;

The product contains precision ceramics and a vacuum insulation layer; handle it with care to avoid bumps;

If the cup develops odors or discoloration due to tea or other colored liquids, soak it in warm water with lemon, diluted vinegar, or an equivalent cleaning solution for 30 minutes, then clean it;

After use, promptly clean out tea residues to ensure hygiene;

Silicone parts are consumable items; replace them promptly if damaged;

Clean the exterior of the product with a sponge soaked in diluted dish detergent and warm water. For the interior, use a soft sponge brush with a handle. For hard-to-clean areas, use a small brush available on the market;

After rinsing, wipe off the water and let it dry thoroughly;

If you cannot remove streak-like dirt caused by friction on the product’s coating, use a soft eraser to remove such stains;

Regularly clean the silicone parts of the product to prevent stains from affecting the taste of your beverages.
