Product After-sales Warranty Policy

1、"7-Day" No Reason Return and Exchange Policy: Within 7 days from the date of purchase, consumers can choose to return, exchange, or repair the product through the corresponding purchasing channel, provided that it does not affect the secondary sale of the product.


2、One-Year Warranty: For one year from the date of purchase, non-human-caused quality problems of the Hulu product can be repaired with the purchase receipt. Within six months from the date of purchase, any non-human-caused detachment damage of accessories can be repaired free of charge with the purchase receipt.


3、Warranty Period Determination: The warranty period is calculated based on the date on the purchase receipt. If the purchase receipt is lost, the warranty period is determined based on the manufacturing date on the product certificate, with a warranty period of 12 months.


4、Warranty Coverage: The warranty coverage of RUYIHULU covers most problems caused by manufacturing defects, such as product damage and performance malfunctions. However, some damages caused by human factors or accidents are not covered by the warranty, such as falling or collision damage. In addition, if any of the following circumstances occur, the warranty terms do not apply: Repairs and maintenance performed by unauthorized repair centers:

a. Repairs and maintenance not authorized by RUYIHULU Company; Modifications to the motherboard's original code by the user or inability to obtain the original code;

b. Warranty expiration;

c. Modification of the original code of the machine board by the user or inability to obtain the original code;

d. Damage caused by major impacts (repair costs apply);

e. Damage caused by external factors such as smoking, corrosion, water immersion, fire, collision, and lateral pressure, or abnormal use;

f. Lack of purchase invoice, or product serial number does not match the repair number or has been altered;

g. Normal wear and tear or natural damage to consumable parts (seals, button, buckles, water outlets, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.


5、Repair Process: After purchasing the product, consumers can contact the customer service of the purchasing channel for consultation and repair. Customer service personnel will make preliminary judgments based on the information provided by consumers and guide them to send the thermos to the designated repair center for repair or replacement.


6、Repair Costs: For products beyond the warranty period, RUYIHULU Company provides paid repair services. The specific repair costs depend on the specific situation, including the degree of product damage and the replacement of parts required. Consumers can inquire about specific repair cost information through RUYIHULU Company's official website or customer service hotline.
